Who we are and what we do:

Victoria-Homes estate agents was founded in 2020. Although a brand-new agency, it was born off the back of 14 years industry experience within the mortgage market and the desire to offer quality, in house service for both buying and selling property and dealing with mortgage arrangements. We are predominantly an online estate agency and we aim to offer our services throughout South and West Wales. Our main office is based at 35 Marine Street, NP23 7SS, alongside our mortgage business. Although we are online, we do offer face to face service that sometimes people desire and you are more than welcome to visit us at our offices.

Victoria Financial Solutions, a sister company to Victoria-Homes has traded locally for the last 5 years and branching out to an estate agency was the next natural and logical move. We have been providing a 5-star service to all our clients over the last 5 years and felt that we could pass this on through our very own estate agency.

Marketing Strategy:

We have a young and enthusiastic team who will take advantage of modern technology and the new prominent era of social media. This will enable us to maximize advertisement, not only through social media, but also through traditional portals such as Rightmove and Zoopla. We specialize in residential sales, land and commercial property and we plan to expand into lettings and property management in the near future.

Mortgage Advice:

Part of the home buying process, for most, is also securing the right mortgage deal. At Victoria-Homes we have this covered. You are invited to use our mortgage services where we offer whole of market mortgage advice. This also relieves some of the stress associated with an agent applying pressure on both yourself and the mortgage broker to provide financial information. This sometimes causes delays in viewing properties and unnecessarily and missed opportunities. Our inclusive service will be sure to make your buying or selling process as simplistic as possible.
